Dr Lené le Roux is an experienced Cape Town mental health care general practitioner with over nine years of experience in mental health care. Registered and practising in Claremont, her career has been dedicated to the treatment of mental health disorders, working closely with families to help them support their loved ones through recovery.

Dr le Roux is particularly focused on treating mood disorders, anxiety, burnout, postpartum depression, and psychotic disorders, offering both in-person and online consultations to accommodate her patients’ needs.

Dr Kirsten Whitlock

Dr Kirsten Whitlock is a General Practitioner with a deep focus on mental health, from her foundational training at Wits Medical School to practical experiences at Paarl and Stellenbosch Hospitals. She has honed her expertise across a spectrum of mental health conditions, including substance use, psychosis, and personality disorders.

In 2023, Dr Whitlock expanded her scope to include anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma-related conditions through her practice in Newlands and a Diploma in Mental Health. She values a holistic approach, integrating various therapies to support mental well-being.

Dr Nicola Meintjes

She is passionate about working with children and adolescents with conditions such as ADHD, ASD, depression and anxiety in a holistic way, involving all members of the multidisciplinary team including educational psychologists, OT's and teachers. Her special interets also include supporting patients who have experienced trauma and are struggling with conditions such as PTSD, as well as supporting mothers, being a first time mom herself.

Nicola enjoys running, taking her dogs for a walk, visiting game parks and bird watching together with her husband.

Dr John Wulz is a general practitioner who focuses closely on mental health management, exploring innovative treatments like psychedelic-assisted therapy. After completing his medical training at the University of Witwatersrand and obtaining a Diploma in Mental Health, Dr Wulz was drawn to psychiatry's unique challenges and rewards.

His career, enriched by diverse clinical experiences across South Africa, focuses on collaborative care and the profound impact of altered states of consciousness on mental health.
