She encourages clients to explore the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences, empowering them to rewrite these narratives in ways that promote growth and self-compassion. By weaving play and wonder into the therapeutic process, Lara inspires clients to embrace their authentic selves and create a fulfilling life aligned with their values.

These roles equipped her to support clients navigating identity challenges, chronic illness, neurodiversity, psychopathology and big life transitions.

Rooted in a humanistic understanding, Lara tailors her therapeutic approach to each client's unique needs, using collaboration and self-reflection as key tools for emotional integration and personal growth. She views therapy as a deeply transformative process where both client and therapist grow through shared exploration.

Lara is committed to helping clients embrace creativity, play, and purpose, believing these elements are essential for mental wellness and meaningful living.

When not at work Lara loves spending time with her family, playing music, reading and being in nature.
